Hi-Country Bedding and Bath does not ship to Hawaii or Alaska, only to the Continental US.  We do not ship to PO Box #s, only to street addresses.
Average Processing Time is from 2 to 7 days after the order has been submitted.    It is possible that some items may be temporarily out-of-stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered, in addition, we also cannot guarantee that if an item ordered of the same material at any other time as dye lots and fabric colors change and may be different from time to time per the manufacturer.

All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing.  Hi-Country Bedding and Bath and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.
