Each of these patterns is hand crafted and embroidered into the quilt. The quilt is carefully hand crafted and pieced together with a variety of fabrics. The quilts also feature embroidery and other appliqués. Fairy Ballerinas has a 100% cotton face and cotton fill. We pre-wash this pattern to give it an antique look and a great feel right out of the package.
