Returns are only on defective/damaged merchandise
Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by the manufacturer with no additional cost to you and must be returned in its original package. For any damages during the transit, the claim shall be made directly to UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Buyer is responsible to contact us within 7 days to request an RMA# for the return. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from Hi-Country Bedding and Bath. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials must be saved and used for return shipping. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. Returned products may be refused or assessed a restocking fee and shipping charges if not returned in the original packaging. Used products will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be returned to the original purchaser at their expense. Hi-Country Bedding and Bath is not responsible for the color of products from one computer monitor to another.

Any product that is refused by the customer shall be charged a restocking fee, shipping fees, handling fees and any fees associated with the sale and return and will be deducted from the refund.  Unauthorized returns shall be treated as a refused shipment and will be treated as such.

Sale Tax:  Montana does not have sales tax

If your item has been discontinued, we will notify you for a full refund or exchange at equal value, which ever you prefer.

Orders cannot be cancelled if it is already in custom production or if it has been shipped.

Custom Made Orders:

All products sold by Hi-Country Bedding and Bath are subject to the manufactures warranty, defective product covered under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for exchange. No warranty will be valid to products mishandled or damaged by customers. All of our manufacturers hold to the strictest standards of quality control. If by chance you receive a product that is defective, please fill out the form below as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.

If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact Hi-Country Bedding and Bath and an RMA# will be sent for the return of the duplicates/excess.

Dye-Lots Fabric Availability:
Fabrics subject to change according to availability. We cannot be responsible for changes in dye-lots.

All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number and instructions prior to sending back. Unauthorized returns will be treated as stated above!!!!!!

Since shipping charges change all of the time from UPS ground, FedEx ground, USPS and Freight, our company will charge your card for this shipping fee when your order ships out. This charge to your card is in addition to the price you have paid for your product. This means when you get your statement you will find two separate charges.

When your order goes out, we will send you your tracking number and charge your account for the shipping charges. If there are any changes to your order, we will post this information in your file in our web site.
