Returns Defective or damaged merchandize will be replaced upon an authorization form from our supplier with no additional cost and must be returned in its original package. For any damages during the transit the claim shall be made directly to UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Buyer is responsible to contact us within 7 days to get RMA for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from Hi-Country Bedding and Bath is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 30 days. Hi-Country Bedding and Bath does not track expired RMA#s. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials must be saved and used for return shipping. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests are accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue must be resolved by notifying UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Hi-Country Bedding and Bath is not responsible for the color of products from one computer monitor to another.
Cancellations Your order cannot be cancelled if it is already in production or if shipped. If your item is discontinued, we will notify you for a full refund or exchange at equal value, which ever you prefer.
Warranty All products sold by Hi-Country Bedding and Bath are subject to the manufacturers warranty, defective product covered under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for exchange. No warranty will be valid to products mishandled or damaged by customers. All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control. If by chance you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Duplications
If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact Hi-Country Bedding and Bath and request an RMA#.
Dye-Lots Fabric Availability
Fabrics subject to change according to availability. We cannot be responsible for changes in dye-lots.
If Hi-Country Bedding and Bath has made the error, a Returns Authorization Tag may be sent you to return the product freight free. When the merchandise is returned, full credit will be given.No returns accepted without prior approval.
**Hi-Country Bedding and Bath orders not shipped on 12/22/08 will not be shipped until 1/2/09 because of the Christmas inventory.
