Returns:

Defective or damaged merchandize will be replaced by the manufacturer upon an authorization form from our manufacturer with no additional cost and must be returned in its original package. For any damages during the transit, the claim shall be made directly to UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Buyer is responsible to contact us within 7 days to request an RMA for a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from the manufacturer through Hi-Country Bedding and Bath. It must be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 30 days. Hi-Country Bedding and Bath does not track expired RMA#s. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials must be saved and used for return shipping. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests are accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date. Hi-Country Bedding and Bath is not responsible for the color of products from one computer monitor to another.

Damages/Defects of Little Castle Products: You must inspect both the box & the furniture immediately upon receipt. If there are damages to boxes or furniture, it must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and we must be notified within 24 hours. Damages due to shipping are responsibility of the carrier and you must file a claim with the carrier. Claims will not be honored if bill of lading is not properly noted. If a COM product was damaged in shipping, you must include price of the replacement fabric in your claim with the carrier. Claims for defects or shortage must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. Little Castle will not be responsible for any defects reported after the 5 days.

Discontinued:

If your item has been discontinued, we will notify you for a full refund or exchange at equal value, which ever you prefer.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled if it is already in custom production or if it has been shipped. Cancellation fees are 10% of the order with a minimum of $25.

Custom Made Orders:

ALL CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE.

Warranty:

All products sold by Hi-Country Bedding and Bath are subject to the manufacturers warranty, defective product covered under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for exchange. No warranty will be valid to products mishandled or damaged by customers. All of our manufacturers hold to the strictest standards of quality control. If by chance you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Duplications:

If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact Hi-Country Bedding and Bath and an RMA# will be sent.

Dye-Lots Fabric Availability:

Fabrics subject to change according to availability. We cannot be responsible for changes in dye-lots.
