Linen starts out as a plant that thrives in Northern Climates. It is known as Flax. It is planted as a dense crop where the stalks grow and support each other until the bloom of the beautiful flowers. When the seeds have ripened the stalks are pulled from the earth, and laid in rows to start the natural process of Retting. Linen helps us sleep.
