Berkshire Quilt - Victorian Heart
Pretty floral gather in soothing hunter and warm burgundy, finished with charming sawtooth edging.  On point patchwork blocks in a random pattern, with sawtooth edging and binding in a program fabric. Made of a 100% cotton shell with surgical cotton fill, machine pieced, hand quilted, woven plaids and floral prints.

Luxury and Standard - 100% cotton shell and fill. On point patchwork blocks matching layout of quilt. Machine pieced, hand quilted, sawtooth fabric flange. Backing has 3" overlap with 3-button closure to conceal pillow insert, plus extra button sewn to inseam for maintenance. Backing is program fabric matching the bedskirt.
Euro - 100% cotton shell and fill. On point patchwork blocks matching layout of quilt. Machine pieced, hand quilted, sawtooth fabric flange. Backing has 3" overlap with 3-button closure to conceal pillow insert, plus extra button sewn to inseam for maintenance. Insert, sold separately. Backing is program fabric matching the bedskirt.

SHAM FABRIC Sizes: Euro 26" x 26"
square with ruffled edge. Back features 3" overlap and 3 buttons to conceal pillow insert, plus an extra button sewn to the inside lining for maintenance.  Backing fabric is woven plaid.

PILLOW QUILTED: Pillow Sham Quilted 16" X 16"
plus sawtooth fabric flange. On point blocks matching layout of quilt.  100% Cotton shell and batting, machine pieced, hand quilted. Backing fabric is program fabric matching bedskirt, button closure on reverse.

PILLOW FABRIC: Pillow Sham Fabric 16" X 16"
square with ruffled edge, 100% cotton shell. Back features 3" overlap and 3 buttons to conceal pillow insert, plus an extra button sewn to the inside lining for maintenance.  Backing fabric is hunter green floral.

BED SCARF: 20" x 90", 100% cotton with flannel fill. Machine pieced, random block pattern.

BEDSKIRT Sizes: Twin 39" x 76" x 16" drop, Queen 60" x 80" x 16” drop, King 78" x 80" x 16”
drop with 16" drop, 100% cotton. Deck is white cotton with 3" fabric border matching the ruffle. Ruffle ratio is 1.75 x deck length on 3 sides, gathered. Front skirt panel overlaps side panel 2.5" at front corners

WINDOW TREATMENTS:
Valance - Diamond Block Scalloped Lined 16" x 72" - measures 16" height including 2" header and 72" width; 3.25" rod pocket. Scalloped edge, 100% cotton and  lined featuring a row of on point blocks.

Swag Scalloped set of 2 36" x 36" x 16" - Set of 2 scalloped swags, each swag measuring 36" drop by 36" width and 16" center drop. 2" header included in overall measurement. 3.25" rod pocket. 100% pattern fabric cotton, lined with cotton. Set of 2 pcs (mirror images of each other)
Tier Scalloped set of 2 L24" x W36" each - Set of two panels, scalloped edge, lined. Header measures 2” and is included in overall measurements, rod pocket measures 3.25, lining is white.

THROWS:
Throws 50" X 60" - On point patchwork blocks in a random pattern, with sawtooth edging and binding in program fabric.  100% cotton shell with surgical cotton fill, machine pieced, hand quilted. Reverses to program fabric (see bedskirt for fabric reference.).
Throw Woven 50" x 60" - 100% cotton. Featuring twill weave and 2.5" tassles on top and bottom.

SHOWER CURTAIN: 72" x 72"
features two rows of random on point patchwork blocks. Reverse has all seams finished for a clean look. Button holes for shower curtain hooks at top.
